Blog Goals

My blogging goals for 2008 are this:
1. 365 posts. That will put me just over one post per day. I only had 308 in 2007, but I think I can pull this off.
2. More thoughts on leadership and leading well.
3. A switch to WordPress at some point.
4. More commenting on other sites to help generate readers.
